DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Evermore Crochet sells digital crochet patterns.
NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, all products purchased from Evermore Crochet are digital PDF files.
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files will generally be made available electronically.
You may receive:
• A download option after checkout
• A download link by email
• An order confirmation containing access instructions
Most digital orders are delivered within approximately 15 minutes after successful payment.
Occasionally, delivery may take longer because of payment verification, email filtering, internet issues, or technical delays.
NO SHIPPING CHARGES
Because our crochet patterns are digital products:
• No physical parcel is shipped
• No shipping carrier is used
• No tracking number is provided
• No shipping fee is normally required for digital-only orders
If a shipping-related field appears during checkout because of platform requirements, this does not mean a physical item will be shipped.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR DOWNLOAD
Please:
1. Check your inbox.
2. Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
3. Search for your Evermore Crochet order confirmation.
4. Confirm that the payment was completed successfully.
5. Make sure you are checking the email address used during checkout.

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address during checkout.
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us and provide your order information so we can help locate your purchase.
DOWNLOADING AND SAVING YOUR FILES
After receiving your pattern, we recommend downloading and saving a copy to your computer, tablet, phone, or cloud storage.
PDF files can normally be opened using common PDF-reading applications.
