SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Evermore Crochet sells digital crochet patterns and downloadable instructional materials only.
NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
No physical product will be shipped with any purchase.
Your purchase does not include:
• A finished crochet item
• Yarn or crochet hooks
• A crochet kit
• Printed instructions
• Physical accessories or supplies
Shipping addresses, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, customs processing, and physical delivery times do not apply to our digital products.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, your digital files are typically made available:
• On the order confirmation or download page; and/or
• Through a download link sent to the email address used during checkout
Most orders are delivered immediately. Please allow up to 15 minutes for payment confirmation and email delivery.
PAYMENT REVIEW
Some payments may require additional review by Shopify, your bank, or the payment provider. Download access may be delayed until payment is successfully authorized.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR FILES
If your download does not arrive within 15 minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and social email folders.
- Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
- Search your inbox for “Evermore Crochet” or your Shopify order confirmation.
- Return to the order confirmation page, if it is still open.
- Contact us for assistance.
Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing a valid and accessible email address
• Downloading and safely storing purchased files
• Using a compatible device and PDF reader
• Extracting ZIP files when a product is supplied in compressed format
• Maintaining a reliable internet connection during download
We recommend downloading and backing up your files shortly after purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Digital products can generally be accessed internationally, subject to local laws, internet availability, payment-provider restrictions, and any market restrictions displayed at checkout.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other digital-product taxes may be calculated during checkout based on your location.
DOWNLOAD SUPPORT
If a link is missing, expired, or not working, contact us. We will verify the order and help restore access where reasonably possible.
