Evermore Crochet sells digital crochet patterns and downloadable digital content. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because our crochet patterns are digital products that may be delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are generally final once the files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
We do not normally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Purchasing the same pattern more than once
• Not reading the product description before purchasing
• Difficulty using a device, PDF reader, printer, or third-party application
• Purchasing a digital pattern while expecting a finished physical item
• Differences in yarn, tension, gauge, hook size, color, or personal crochet technique
However, we want every customer to receive the digital product they purchased.
PLEASE CONTACT US IF:
• You received the wrong file
• A purchased file is missing or corrupted
• You cannot access your download
• The file contains a technical issue that prevents reasonable use
• You were charged incorrectly
• You believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your payment method

We will review eligible requests individually and work to resolve genuine technical or order-related problems.
DOWNLOAD ISSUES
Before contacting us, please:
1. Check your email inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders.
2. Search your inbox for your Evermore Crochet order confirmation.
3. Confirm that your payment was successfully completed.
4. Try opening the PDF using an updated PDF reader.
If you still cannot access your files, please contact us and we will assist you.
DIGITAL CONTENT AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
For customers in jurisdictions that provide cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content, those rights may change once immediate access to the digital content has begun, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements presented during checkout.
REFUND METHOD
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
